Most Novella Design Studio pieces — including wedding stationery, personal stationery, and branding materials — are custom or made-to-order. Each project is designed and printed specifically for you. Because of this, all sales are final once the design process begins.
Design proofs are provided as outlined in your proposal. It is the client’s responsibility to carefully review all proofs for accuracy, including spelling, grammar, names, and event details. Novella Design Studio is not responsible for errors that are approved by the client. Minor design revisions are included as part of your package. Additional rounds of revisions or significant design changes may incur additional fees and may affect the project timeline.
Due to the custom nature of our work, cancellations and refunds cannot be offered once design work has begun.
If a cancellation request is made before any design work has started, Novella Design Studio may, at its discretion, refund a portion of the retainer less administrative fees. Once printing or production has started, all payments are final.

Most couples invest between $4,500–$6,000, depending on print methods, custom artwork, and finishing details. Custom day-of stationery begins at $2,500, ensuring every piece — from menus to programs — reflects the same artistry and craftsmanship as your invitations.
